[Control + C] to copy, and [Control + V] to paste.
Select the original layer, and add a G’MIC-qt filter.
Blur (Radial) is what we need.
The result should look like this.
We could apply a lower strength Blur (Radial) to the face layer as well.
But then, it might look better without the face layer.
I have used an application called ‘ScreenToGif’ to create this gif animation.
I have loaded both images, and applied a 500 ms delay to the first image. 🙂
