Let’s use Quick Selection Tool to select the face region without the eyes and the mouth. [Control + C] to copy and [Control + V] to paste in place.
Let’s use the Lasso tool to select, copy, and paste it into the orc image.
Select the symbol’s layer, right click, and create a clipping mask.
Use [Control + T] to resize and move the symbol image.
Select the symbol image layer, and go to [Image -> Adjustments -> Exposure]. Please remember to change the layer blend mode to [Lighten].
Right click the layer and go to the Blending options. Adjust the Underlaying Layer like this. Please remember to split the arrows by [Alt + Clicking].
